Reiki Sessions
Hands-On Reiki - 1 hour £50
The hour Reiki session will give you and your body an hour to recharge. A typical session will include hand positions both on your front and on your back. We will discuss if you have any particular areas you would like me to concentrate on but if not I will use my intuition and go where I feel the reiki is required.
If it is your first session with me we will have a chat beforehand to make sure you are comfortable, giving me a chance to go through what you can expect, fill out forms and put you at ease. Many clients are so relaxed during a session, they fall asleep!

Hands-on Reiki - 30 mins £30
I appreciate that not everyone can spare the time for an hour of Reiki, so I have 30 minute sessions too. During a typical session I will concentrate on the hand positions on the front of your body.
You may have a particular area you wish me to focus on, so we can decide if you would like me to spend the 30 minutes on say your head and neck area, which is very good if you are needing some head space, suffer from headaches or are in need of some calm. Some clients may wish me to focus on a back problem or tummy trouble. We can talk about what you would like from the session before we start.
The Hands-on Reiki Session is 30 minutes but please also allow up to 30 minutes for us to discuss your needs and to talk about your session when I have finished.
Reiki for Menopause - 1 hour £50
For many of us (peri-) menopause can catch us off guard. We become irritable, stressed and anxious, with out-of-character mood swings and sleep may become problematic. Then there's the hot flushes, weight gain, over-thinking, thinning hair, low libido, self-doubt, memory issues, not wanting to socialise and low self-esteem.
If you recognise any or many of these, I care. Although I can't make it all go away, I can offer you a caring space at Chi-quilibrium to spend a peaceful hour focused on you, because...well, you deserve it!
This Reiki Healing session is different to my other sessions because:
You get to choose a calming incense to burn during your session
You can select the crystals we will work with during your session (each have been carefully chosen for their healing properties)
I will tailor the Reiki Session to concentrate on your needs
You get to pick an oracle card before you leave and see its message for you
When we part I hope you feel soothed, calm, lighter and cared for

Distance Healing - 30 mins £30
If you are unable to visit me here at Chi-quilibirum, I can arrange to give you Reiki by distance healing.
We will find a time that is convenient for us both and prior to the session I will contact you to make sure you are laying comfortably without any distractions. I will carry out the Reiki and when complete, contact you so you know the session has come to an end and we can discuss the experience.
I have regular Distance Reiki Clients, in Europe and beyond so no distance is too far, Reiki really will reach you, no matter how far from Devon you are.
A normal distance healing session takes 30 minutes with contact before and after the Reiki is complete.
Pre-Packaged Future Reiki - 15 mins £15
Pre-Packaged Reiki is an additional Distance Reiki only service that I provide on request.
If you have experience or are aware of Distance Reiki, then you will know that you remain wherever you are and I link with you and send the Reiki to you in real time (see above section).
Unlike normal Distance Reiki, where I send Reiki to you in real-time, Pre-Packaged Reiki is me pre-sending the Reiki to you in advance to arrive at a specific time. For instance, you may have an important appointment on a certain date/time and would like some calming Reiki Energy 15mins before, or you want a Reiki top up before your next appointment with me.
There are many advantages to being able to pre-send, for instance I’m not always available 24/7 and you may not have the time to sit comfortably for 30mins in the usual Distance Reiki way. I have a regular client whom I send Pre-Packaged Reiki to at 6:30am and with all the love for Reiki in the World, I can’t guarantee I’m up at that time!
So unlike other bookings, please give me notice of when you require the Pre-Packaged Reiki to be with you and the area you would like me to concentrate on. I will carry out the Reiki for you in the same focused and caring way as if you are with me.
